MEET THE OWNER

Sean Sullivan is a licensed real estate agent in DC, MD & VA. He is the Owner of Archive Development Group and in brokerage association with RE/MAX Platinum Reality.

Sean began his real estate career in 2018. With a background in architectural design, he offers a fresh approach to the world of real estate. It is rare to find someone that understands exactly what to look for when purchasing a new home while also having the knowledge of how that home was built. With a keen eye for design, it allows him to give his clients the sound & expert advice they need when it comes to finding that perfect property. Having been a DC resident for the last 11 years, he has great understanding of what location may be the best fit for you. However, he is familiar with more areas than just DC. Growing up in Maryland, Sean was able to gain first hand knowledge of the many different pockets outside of the DC area. Should you be interested in homes outside of DC, he’s got you covered!

He strives to find his clients their dream home, and is committed to you every step of the way in the home buying process. Sean is able to not only identify issues, but understands how they can be resolved and solutions implemented.

Looking to do a renovation? You’re in luck! Sean has worked as an architectural designer for the last 6 years throughout the DMV. He has assisted in the design of buildings, such as the Wharf, as well as dozens of single family homes throughout the district.
